A premium live intake service for Australian solo and boutique law firms. Your firm receives a dedicated 1300 number for new enquiries only. We answer it, follow your approved intake script, and create a structured enquiry record in your CRM or practice management system before you've finished the meeting you were in.
Illustrative intake record. Fields are configured with your firm.
Your advertising, Google listing and website point at a dedicated 1300 number. Everything that arrives on it is a potential new client — and it is handled the same way, every time.
Google, your website, directories and advertising all point to your dedicated 1300 new-enquiry number.
A live Australian Call Concierge team member answers and works through your firm-approved intake script — greeting, practice areas, exclusions, escalation.
We search, then create or update the enquiry, lead or contact in your CRM or PMS — structured note, category, source, owner and follow-up task.
Your nominated contacts receive an immediate structured notification through EzyBiz — not a voicemail, not a loose email.
Conflict clearance, whether the firm will act, and every question of legal substance stay entirely with your firm. We capture and update. Your firm decides.
Every plan includes the number, the people, the script and the systems work. The difference between plans is volume, not quality of handling.
One Australian 1300 number for your new-enquiry channel — used on Google, your website, directories and advertising, so enquiry volume and source are finally measurable.
A real person, based in Australia, answering during your agreed service window. No offshore call centre, no queue, no automated menu standing between a prospective client and your firm.
Your approved greeting, practice areas, exclusions, the information fields you want captured, and the escalation pathway. Nothing is improvised on your firm's behalf.
Create or update the record, add the structured call note, set category and source, assign the nominated owner and trigger the approved follow-up task. This is the part generic services do not do.
Immediate structured notification to your nominated contacts, plus your approved handling instructions for urgent calls. Escalation is on reasonable efforts under a procedure you sign off.
Call volume, answer rate, intake category, source where known, plan usage and the outcomes you report back to us. You can finally see what the new-enquiry channel is worth.
A message in an inbox is still work waiting to be done. By the time you read this month's messages, someone has to re-key them, categorise them, chase them and wonder which ones were lost. Call Concierge closes that loop on the call itself.
Greeting, practice-area check, your approved questions and the close — roughly seven minutes of live call.
We look for an existing record first, so you get an updated enquiry rather than a duplicate contact.
Matter type, source, urgency, other-party details, and anything your script marks as required.
Owner set, follow-up task created, your nominated contacts notified through EzyBiz. About three minutes of systems work.
A CRM-ready intake is a completed live new-enquiry call plus the standard update to your CRM or practice management system. All prices exclude GST and assume a three-month initial commitment.
One to two principals, or a firm without full-time intake staff
Two to five principals with predictable enquiry flow
Higher-volume boutique practices with sustained lead flow
All plans exclude GST, are charged monthly in advance, and carry a three-month initial commitment. After the initial term the service runs month to month with 30 days' notice.
For 150 or more intakes a month, custom coverage windows, complex workflow, special reporting, multiple locations or deeper system integration. Quoted after discovery.
Published up front, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
We capture and update.
Your firm decides.
Call Concierge is an intake service, not a legal service. Every judgement that belongs to a solicitor stays with your firm, and we have designed the workflow so that it cannot quietly drift.
Access to your systems is least-privilege: our team reaches only the functions and records intake requires, under role-based permissions, with record changes auditable. Your firm signs off the greeting, the fields captured, the escalation pathway, the exclusions and the privacy wording before we take a single call — and your firm retains professional responsibility for the matter throughout.
Setup is a design exercise, not a sign-up form. We build the script and the workflow with you before the number goes anywhere near your advertising.
We map your practice areas, the enquiries you want and the ones you don't, who owns intake, and which CRM or practice management system your firm runs on.
We draft the greeting, questions, exclusions, escalation pathway and privacy wording. You approve every word before it is used.
Your 1300 number is configured, permissioned access to your system is set up, your team is briefed, and we run live test calls end to end.
The number goes onto your Google listing, website and advertising. Monthly reporting shows what is arriving, and the script is tuned as your firm learns.
No, and that is deliberate. We answer one line: the dedicated 1300 number you use for new-client enquiries. Existing clients keep calling your ordinary direct business number and reach your team exactly as they do today. Keeping the two channels separate is what makes the intake data meaningful — and it keeps your existing client relationships entirely in your hands.
No. Every Call Concierge intake is handled by an Australian-based team member during your agreed service window. The service is built and supported by Avocado Pty Ltd in Melbourne. This is the single most common complaint we hear about generic answering services, and it is the thing we will not compromise on.
We work with the CRM or practice management system your firm already uses, through a permissioned workflow scoped during setup. Because the integration path differs by system, we confirm exactly what is possible for yours during discovery rather than promising a generic connection — and if a system cannot be updated safely, we will tell you before you sign anything.
A completed live new-enquiry call plus the standard update to your CRM or practice management system: the record created or updated, the structured note written, category and source set, an owner assigned and the follow-up task raised. A standard intake runs to about ten active handling minutes — roughly seven minutes on the call and three in your system. Calls that run materially longer move to the time-based rate or a custom quote.
Nothing stops. Additional intakes are handled at your plan's published rate — $15, $12 or $10 plus GST — and we will flag it in reporting well before it becomes a surprise. If your volume settles above your allowance, moving up a plan is almost always cheaper than paying excess, and we will say so rather than let the overage run.
No. We capture opposing-party information and mark the record "conflict check required" so your firm can run the check properly. We do not give legal advice, assess a matter, quote costs, guarantee an appointment or say whether your firm will act. Those are solicitors' decisions, and our script is written so our team never strays into them.
We answer during an agreed service window, set with you at setup. We would rather commit to a window we genuinely staff with Australian people than advertise unlimited 24/7 cover we cannot honour. Extended and weekend coverage is available — it is quoted, because it is rostered.
EzyBiz is the business phone and communications app. Call Concierge is the premium managed intake service that sits on top of it — the live Australian team, the firm-approved script and the practice-system work. Handover to your nominated contacts runs through EzyBiz, and the Founding Intake plan includes an EzyBiz Business Line seat. Existing EzyBiz customers can add Call Concierge to what they already have.
Three months initially, charged monthly in advance, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Three months is not a lock-in tactic — it is the time it takes to place the number, refine the script and produce reporting worth reading. Setup is $1,500 plus GST as standard, waived entirely for the first six founding firms in exchange for a three-month term and honest feedback while we design the service.
The first six Australian law firms to come on board pay no setup fee, keep founding pricing locked for twelve months while active, and help shape how the service works. In exchange we ask for a three-month term and genuine feedback.
