Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your EzyBiz account and all associated data at any time.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Your email address, name, and authentication data
- Phone Number: Your personal phone number and your assigned EzyBiz business number
- Business Configuration: Business name, knowledge base, AI agent settings, and operating hours
- Call Data: All call recordings, transcripts, call history, and metadata
- Messages: All SMS messages sent and received through your EzyBiz number
- Contacts: All business contacts and associated notes
- Subscription Data: Your subscription status and payment history references
Note: Some anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
Deletion Timeline
Once your deletion request is processed:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Your EzyBiz phone number will be released and no longer functional
- All personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Backup copies will be purged within 90 days
Before You Delete
Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:
- Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
- Export any call recordings or data you wish to keep
- Update any marketing materials that reference your EzyBiz number
- Inform your customers of your new contact number
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Delete from the App
You can delete your account directly from the EzyBiz app:
- Open the EzyBiz app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
Option 2: Email Request
Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing us at hello@avocadodigital.com.au with:
- Subject line: "EzyBiz Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your EzyBiz account
- Confirmation that you want your account and all data permanently deleted
